Statistics of EMIF 2008
Objective :
In just six years, the "EMIF- the European Meetings Industry Fair" in Brussels has become an indispensable and ideal platform for you as a supplier of goods and services directly related to the Meetings Industry.
Our objective for 2008 is to make the fair's programme even more coherent. In addition, easyFairs, which recently took over EMIF, is heavily investing in database acquisition for the qualitative development of new target groups, and the provision of qualitative content for the various target groups.
Target group :
Alongside meeting planners, congress & fair organisers, and associations, EMIF now also focuses on a fourth target group: public bodies, embassies and social, military, educational or religious associations. As in previous years, we can count on the support of all major associations in the meetings industry (MPI, SITE, BAPCO, ICCA, etc.).
The large majority of companies and associations that visit EMIF do not leave the Benelux in general and Belgium in particular to visit any of the other fairs organised abroad.
Central location :
The Benelux and Brussels in particular is regarded as a European hub, a privileged and attractive business cluster, and as such provides outstanding opportunities for you to expand your business. Brussels is also one of Europe's largest business districts because it is home to the headquarters of many Belgian and international companies and the European institutions. In addition, a whole string of (inter)national organisations and associations are located in Brussels. In short, a very large group of buyers of meetings and incentives.
